Meet Charlotte!

Certified Dog Trainer & Behaviorist

Charlotte "Char" Wagner, BSc is the owner and founder of K9ology LLC. She has been professionally training dogs since 2003, where she started her career volunteering, assessing, vetting potential homes, and placing rescue dogs.

Charlotte had the opportunity to study in England at the University of Essex at Writtle College. There, she completed her Bachelors of Science with Honors in Animal Management, with a focus on livestock (sheep) and companion animals (dogs). Her specialty was in behavior and training.

After graduating college, Charlotte moved back to Flint Hill, Rappahannock County, where she resides today. After a year contemplating veterinary school, she ultimately decided to dedicate her life full time to training and behavior.

In addition to her college degree, Charlotte holds a career diploma as a Dog Obedience Instructor from Penn Foster, she is a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals, a certified AKC CGC, Trick Dog, and Fit Dog Evaluator, and has attended a multitude of seminars, workshops, and competitions to supplement her knowledge.
