GROUP CLASS TRAINING AGREEMENT

 

All information and materials acquired during services including: handouts, training methodology, exercises, lesson plans, and supplemental material are proprietary property of K9ology LLC. The client gives the full right to edit, publish and distribute any photographs, video footage, or other media taken during training activities.

 

Due to our small class sizes no refunds, substitutions, or alternatives can be given after registration is completed. You may choose to schedule a private lesson for any missed class (pending availability), or have a friend or family member bring the dog in your absence!

 

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their dog is current on vaccinations. Puppies should have a minimum of one Distemper/Parvo vaccine before participating. Dog's over the age of 16 weeks should be fully vaccinated for Distemper and Rabies. If a dog seems ill prior to class, the owner must contact the trainer to assess whether the pet is eligible take part. If your dog is coughing, vomiting, has parasites, or diarrhea, please do not risk exposure to classmates!

 

In the event of owner illness - please do not come to class. Stay home if you our your dog have: coughing, wheezing, fever, upset stomach, loss of appetite, lethargy, or any other symptoms linked to communicable disease. The same rule applies if you have been in contact with someone suspected of being exposed or positive for COVID-19 or the flu. Please contact us ASAP.

 

K9ology LLC may discontinue services if they perceive a hazard or threat of any nature to any animal, individual or object. K9ology LLC may refuse services to an owner or animal which is not healthy, aggressive, or does not seem suitable for the services provided.

 

The client agrees to indemnify and hold K9ology LLC, and all locations harmless from all liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person, animal, or property during or after training activities. The client understands that they are responsible for their dog(s) and property at all times. All behavioral advice and suggestions are made for the improvement of the dog, however no absolute result or guarantee can be given due to the malleable nature of dog training.
